A: Contact our customer service department. Be prepared with your unit type, year of manufacturer, and VIN. We do not stock parts for major OEM components. (For instance we don’t stock the internal parts for refrigerators). If this is the type of part you need, please contact the OEM directly.
Q: Where do I find the vehicle identification number (VIN)?
A: The VIN will be on a silver sticker mounted to your camper’s frame or low on the camper body.
Q: I have a problem with my unit, what should I do?
A: Contact the Dealer, first. They may have parts on hand to fix your problem.
Q: I live far away from my dealer, and want to do some repair work myself. May I order parts from Columbia Northwest?
A: Yes. By doing any work on a unit, you void the warranty for the assemblies you affect.
Q: I want to modify my unit. Does this void the warranty?
A: Maybe. If you do simple changes, you have not voided the warranty. However, you do significant modifications, you will void the warranty for the assemblies affected by the modification.
Q: I will be traveling near the plant and want to get some work done on my camper. Does anyone there do repair work?
A: Yes. But don’t drop in. Please schedule an appointment four to six weeks in advance.
Q: I am the first buyer of a unit that is one year old. Does it come with a warranty?
A: Yes. But if a unit has been sitting on a dealer’s lot for a year or more, we will not cover the natural cosmetic damage that occurs (sun faded curtains, for example). Older units are typically discounted to accommodate the cosmetic problems.
Q: I am buying a used unit that is less than one year old. Does it come with a warranty?
